Sugar has people’s body/mind/spirit out of alignment and it’s not an easy addiction to break because sugar is everywhere. You really have to watch what you eat. Sugar is embedded in the food we regularly eat without giving it a second thought like ketchup. The sugar cravings can sometimes represent an underlying issue whether it be a physical problem like being deficient of a vitamin, mineral or protein or it can represent an emotional response to feel comfort. I think it’s a great book packed full of knowledge and information as well as motivational speech, guidance and instructions on some of the best ways to cut sugar out of your diet.
